2. Description of Services

VIP Only Trader provides AI-powered trading signals, market analysis tools, educational content, and related services for the Indian equity, derivatives, and commodity markets. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Gamma Blast and Zero Hero expiry signals
• EMA Crossover signals for MCX
• Gann Level analysis for indices
• AI-filtered trading signals via Telegram
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Paper trading and portfolio management tools

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading in financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. SEBI Compliance

VIP Only Trader is an educational and analytical platform. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor or research analyst. No content on this platform should be construed as certified investment research or advisory under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 or SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Users are advised to consult with a SEBI-registered advisor before making investment decisions.

5. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform
• One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

6. Subscription & Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed as per the selected plan (monthly/yearly)
• Payments are non-refundable unless specified in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Profit-sharing plans are subject to separate agreements
• Free-tier access may be limited or modified at our discretion

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including indicators, algorithms, signals logic, educational materials, UI design, and branding — is the exclusive property of VIP Only Trader. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of our proprietary tools and strategies is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Redistributing or reselling signals, content, or access to third parties
• Using the Platform for market manipulation or any illegal activity
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer Platform services
• Impersonating VIP Only Trader or its representatives
• Using automated bots or scrapers without written permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIP Only Trader and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Privacy

We collect and process your data (email, name, usage analytics) to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Brokerage credentials are handled securely through official OAuth integrations and are never stored directly on our servers.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
